Here’s how we will help you in your journey:
- We will guide you step by step into the world of sourdough.
- We’ll show you how to bake sourdough bread with a crispy crust and soft interior at home.
- All this will happen in a small group, using a well-structured teaching material, we will show you how sourdough works and how to take care of it so that success is guaranteed at home – we will present and practice all the tricks
- We’ll provide video tutorial on shaping techniques
- We welcome you with delicious snacks and a great atmosphere!
Since sourdough products require long fermentation, we will prepare doughs in advance that have been kneaded and risen, on which we will learn bread shaping, scoring, and baking techniques.
The doughs we knead together will be folded, shaped, and placed in proofing baskets for further rising. You will take these home, place them in the fridge, and the next morning, using the techniques you’ve learned, bake them so your family can wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread.
